Copper strips
 Copper purity: ≥99.9%. Thickness: 0.05mm - 0.3mm.
Surface treatment: silver-coated or tin-coated
Welding methods
Press-/diffusion welding.
Braze welding.
Press-/diffusion welding
For welding area A<90mm and B<60mm: normal welding.
For welding area with A≥90mm or B≥60mm: a top copper plate with thickness 1mm will be
used for the welding area in order to assure the flatness of the contact area, shown in the
picture below (I).
Braze welding
This method will be used for welding area A≥140mm and B≥130mm, shown in the picture
below (II).
The solder for the welding is with silver-content, especially suitable for such application.

2. Flexible connectors made with braided copper
tapes or stranded copper ropes (braid shunts)
The flexible connectors are made out of braided copper tapes or stranded copper ropes, cold-pressed on both ends with terminals.
General information
Copper purity: ≥99.9%.
Diameter of the copper wires:
Ø0.20mm; Ø0.15mm (standard)
Ø0.10mm; Ø0.05mm (according to clients' requirement)
Surface treatment of the wires: uncoated or tinned.
Solderless cold-pressed.
Surface treatment of the contact areas: uncoated, silver-coated or tin-coated.
Insulating of flexible part with shrinkable insulating tube could be made.
